Anti-sperm antibodies means antibodies intended to attach to antigens present on the surface of sperm cells. This does not mean your DNA will get overwritten, rather it means sperm cells will be recognized as foreign objects and marked for destruction by the immune system. If you remember from basic high school/college biology, sperm cells contain only 1 copy of each chromosome and they are all mixed up, so their gene products, including the surface proteins (aka antigens, which is what the immune system detects) are very different from what the rest of your body would produce.
Normally, the testicles are separated from the rest of the body (aka an "immune privileged" environment) to prevent your immune system from forming those anti-sperm antibodies against your own sperm cells, which would render you infertile, but sometimes shit happens and the barrier gets breached, which is what the article discusses wrt infertility.
