Serious question: What the fuck is Fusion Burst and why does it seem that no playable Fusion characters actually apply it? If any of them do, it's not a visible debuff, so how do I even know if I'm apply Fusion Burst or not? Same with Havoc Bane, what the fuck are these status effects and why is there zero visual clarity to know if I'm applying them?
