When you filter out evil women (you may know these as "modern women") from the female population the amount left over is slim, then you need to filter out from the regular women what you're looking for (and your capacity to even land them) so you end up with a rather small grouping of females to choose from. Basically you're trying to hunt down a Unicorn on a statewide / countrywide scale when they could quite literally be anywhere in-between the massive glut of donkeys you'll run into.
If "modern women" weren't 75% of females and were something like 40% instead, men would be fucking out there in force, even in non-optimal conditions (I.E. 0% modern women) they'd still be out there. "Modern women" unfortunately have such a massive super majority that even bothering with females at all is a massive fucking hassle now, they're well past the critical % threshold where men stop fucking dealing with it.
It's an evil problem unironically, you've got 75% of the female population hovering in Lawful, Neutral, and Chaotic Evil but they're all backed by the state so they can be Lawful Evil anytime they walk into the courthouse to rake your man ass over the coals for all you're worth.
Calling "modern women" women at all is a cruel joke, they're completely undeserving of that title.
