“OCT” stands for Original Character Tournament. Unlike the tournaments here where we vote on established characters, OCTs are contests where artists enter their own original characters with . Competitors receive prompts and create art, comics, or animations showing their character interacting with their opponent’s. Judges decide which entry is stronger, and the winner advances to the next round. Formats can vary and they last far longer but that’s the basic idea.
