It’s true. There’s shitflinging in J+ comments over MAIKA of all characters.
For those who don’t read it (which is most of this thread), Maika is a super minor character who only shows up in a handful of chapters and, so far at least, hasn’t gotten any substantial characterization outside of dating drama which impacts other more important characters. And yet in the J+ comments there’s people championing her, characterfags of other characters bashing her, Maikafags championing her while bashing other characters, people complaining about her fans being obnoxious, or people crackshipping her with other characters to spite the aforementioned characterfags. And pic rel was from a chapter where she doesn’t even show up.
Like, the fact that a character as minor as her gets this kind of focused discourse is really telling about how dedicated the overall fanbase is.
