You already answered your own question. If those devs made a game that I found fun to play, I would have no reason to not play it. Even if the theme of the game was about a literal pride parade of communist nigger troons, it doesn't matter in the face of good, enjoyable, and fun gameplay. If you don't want to support the devs because of their politics or because of uggo porpaganda, you can always go to /t/ and still play it.

Gouging their eyes out by killing their epin meem is the goal, not actually deterring them. If they have to mangle that epin meem into illegibility and gibberish to get around the word filter, let 'em. They reach a point where they get tired of thrusting their eyes into the word filters' thumbs just for the sake of being not funny.
