I remember that years ago Broccoli did a Di Gi Charat fanart contest with one of the rules being "nothing sexual allowed", there it made sense since that's a kid's show, here it doesn't, even then the rule "nothing sexual is allowed" is less over the top than "Nothing "No Safe For Work", Political, Controversial, Gory or Sexual is allowed"
