fruit trees and crops in garden no longer got pillaged by starlings ever since the cats,. don't know about frogs, never seen them try to kill them but I'm sure it happens, i do feel bad about it since i like frogs. i did rescue a small little lizard out of a cat's mouth. my own mostly indoors cats cannot even kill flies
