Interchangeable, and I guess depends on what your intention is. Molar is better to stack count and potency with, and Solo stuff thanks to her retarded dodge.
Hanamael has way better DPS potential potential however, and clashes, something Molar struggles a bit with her S1, and S3 without enough self charge in some cases, she also has a decent sinking count spread in her skills, which allows her to maintain the sinking on the bosses which other units work towards the count more like Kodya or LC Sang when he clashes, only her S2 is count negative, sorta like Erlking's. She also has plenty of EGO that work toward sinking or help with it, her new Zayin boosts her damage too, and her special attack is basically a burst that doesn't spend any sinking count at all. Her potency application isn't bad either.

Basically Molar is more reliable as a sinking applicator and solos, while fuda is better for DPS in sinking, and bursting said sinking.
