Depends on what you like, books that I always recommend that are easy to get into:
If scifi "Project Hail Mary" is getting a film soon, it's a better version of The Martian so it's worth a read
And if you like roman culture and don't mind dystopian novels "The Will of Many" is very good, the world is interesting and the powersystem is neat.

The only other books that I've read this year and I would recommend are "Black Tongue Thief" and "House of Suns"
Everything else is fucking ass, god I hate the book market so much is insane
