TF2, the best Online game also got cases for cosmetics... it didn't touch the core gameplay, the main reason we play the game... and we all are fine with it. Why should this be a problem for HBR and the gacha also does not affect the story at all? and i still can play all the characters for free since day 1 without the need to pull a single gacha?
