As a DWfag, I'm very dissapointed by the new KT kit. Not only GW has squatted a lot of the options in the previous vets box (like the their fucking trademark Artifex-pattern bolter + power sword combo), but as you say, they missed the opportunity to give them more exotic gear and xeno weapons like their lore says.
