Base ammos (N/Pr/Sp) are infinite
Ammo levels are intrinsic to the gun and ammo type (i.e. of you have lvl2 Fire, you can't shoot lvl1 Fire)
Ammos just craft the ammo, without levels. Levels come from the guns.

LBG. RF is a mode you switch into that also gives you access to dodge-shot.
You recharge the meter using non-RF mode.

After all the updates I don't thing guns are that bad. IMO they're a lot funner than say Sunbreak or World.
