The Harappan Indus Valley civilization was founded by Neolithic ANF/EAF/EEF-Mediterranean-type people (initial progenitors of Greco-Latins) who originated from Anatolia.
At first they went into what's now Iran and founded what became Persia before some of them moved into the sub-continent of Asia, and those who remained in Iran were out-populated by proto-Semites. In South Asia, they bred with Yamnaya-Aryan (Indo-European) people who arrived later, but they were already closely related anyway, which culturally resulted in the Sanskrit languages and the Vedas. All the while there were Australoids (ancestors of the Andamanese Islanders and what became Indians) moving into the south.
At some point Jews arrived or they emerged out of the proto-Indian population. But they congregated in the south as a priesthood ruling over the masses, using grain and other plant crops to control, feed and over-populate the region, as to which the Aryans in the north found out once it was already too late. Most Aryans left India, others stayed and setup the caste system as a way to maintain their racial composition, which obviously didn't work.
