Any type of rice, any kind of legume, all animal meat except shellfish (allergy), all mushrooms, onions and onions byproducts, any vegetable, any fruits. It’s more than people expect but it’s also limited by factory manufacturing where cross-contamination with allergens can happen. Nowadays, you can find foods that are vegan but that doesn’t mean they’re gluten free. Or you can find something that’s gluten free but it’s processed on the same line as peanuts for whatever reason.
