Not even in the slightest, its 25,000 square foot and comprises a chunk of the 90,000 square foot new east wing which will be modernised and enlarged for modern usage and its original purpose, the building is from 1902 and was renovated in the 40's with electric upgrades every 20 years after. Fun fact, the Clintons wanted to add one. It looks beautiful in the designs and concept art and will reflect the neo classical design of the WH and Washington landmarks as a whole. If anything, it means the west wing will need to be expanded in scale to match the new east wing and keep it balanced.
