The only "bad" stratagems are the smoke strikes and the EMS strike, and that's solely because they fill a very specific niche in playstyles, but are still somewhat useful. Except the orbital smoke strike, that one is completely ass, as the smokescreen it creates pitifully small and its only redeeming quality is that it has demolition force, so you can destroy stuctures with it on a direct hit from the shell.
