>D’Rito is a god of action and war, defender of the peoples of Kron. He is the patron deity of soldiers and his name is often sworn upon by paladins and clerics when they are about to undertake a quest to defeat evil. Though a god of violence, D’Rito is more concerned with discipline and skill of arms rather than bloodshed. A defeated enemy is humbled, while a dead enemy learns nothing. Such exceptions however are done away with in the face of great evil, especially concerning demons and their devil rulers. Those who spill blood for blood’s sake have no place in this world, or any other, and as such are hunted down relentlessly by the adherents of D’Rito.
>Oreyo is a goddess of nature and order. Druids and rangers aid her in keeping the balance, that civilization may not overtake the wilderness, nor should the wilderness overgrow civilization. She ensures the sanctity of life and abhors the use of necromancy or anything that would despoil the land and its people. She can often become very violent as a result, rousing up storms and earthquakes to rattle those that would sin against her, using the very land to fight back against its oppressors. This can also take the form of elementals, beings of planes composed of fire, earth, wind and water.
>Chezit is a god of knowledge, magic and secrets. Wizards and rogues pray to this deity for their success, whether in scheming or concocting, so he may guide their minds to a suitable conclusion. His secrets though are his to keep, best left undiscovered lest they fall into the hands of a mortal. Through his study he has glimpsed into the face of evils beyond the veil of reality, into a realm where aberrations dwell. Those who have also met with such alien entities and survived are sought out by Chezit and examined for possible corruption. The madness of the outer realms twists one into performing vile, unthinkable deeds, but those who are resilient are given purpose within Chezit’s court of warrior-scholars.
