It really depends on how far you are willing to go. You can fill out all the basic dialogue for a vanilla NPC, like their greetings and random interactions and that's maybe around 50 lines minimum. I just kept adding more because I hate repeating voicelines. Now she's at over 800 lines. My Elevenlab sub is over though, so I'm done.
