No matter the need for habitable planet in the right zone
The Fermi paradox contain many solutions that involve us never meeting a stronger species because they are either limited to solar-powered spaceship, digitalized themselves, and there's no FTL.
Or the first alien can rewrite the universe and Mankind is already a mere forgotten byproduct of such work.
