The difference is that ERB is only an imitator. She can't write lyrics. She doesn't play any instruments and she can't mix. She can only sing and nothing more. Meanwhile Mori is, at this point, a more experienced lyricist, while Nerissa is an experienced translyricist and a mid-stage lyricist. Mori also knows how to play some instruments while Nerisssa has an incredible amount of technical knowledge of music in terms of vocal guidance and vocal training. Both Mori and Nerissa are also learning how to mix music too. The reason why Nerissa was in 3/3 Justice debuts is because she helped each of the girls with the vocal guidance of their songs and also does it for covers and orisongs of other girls. She's like an inhouse technical specialist and she doesn't mind doing it even if it takes away her time to stream (see picrel for my feelings) . ERB is not like this at all. I think it is more likely that you'll see Gigi somehow become EN Miko
