Sending to GY is like using a death note but without writing the name gimmick. you know how revival jam can just revive infinitely? the effect you mentioned shuts revival jam down

exceptions to this exist because sending to the gy can be a cost. for example, pic related is power bestowal (kid turns a dead monster into a saint seiya cloth)
