Digging through Pixiv unearthed an old tag called "prime meat". You would think it would be the Japanese equivalent to strongfat, but it was used for anything from extreme bbw/fat pics to regular curvy girls with big tits. Not having a real definition was probably why people there dropped it some time ago.
