I say go for it if you feel like that's something you want to work towards—IS2 in particular can be AFK'd pretty easily, so putting on a movie/show/podcast/music/what have you in the background while grinding is a good way to kill time. I also wanted to get all the collectables in other IS themes, but thematically I find them lacking and gave up on that idea pretty quickly.
