Is this banner a one time thing? Also, I'm not sure I understand the 6* rates for this. From my understanding,
1.5% for the first 60 pulls
4% to 24% on pulls 61 to 69
100% on pull 70
is this correct?
Currently I only have Melania whom I got from the 30 roll banner, and I'm thinking of getting Barcarolla because I like Mathilde.
