>that and no one is /fit/ anymore. member the stats about how women were having way more sex than men? seems like that's dropping. maybe because of AI, but also FAAAAAAAAAT. still more than men, but wocels are increasing.
That's because of COVID. Peak /fit/ was probably around 2021-2023 when people were still largely unemployed after COVID, but also concerned about obesity since they gained weight after doing nothing for a year. Then we got drowned in work by bosses who use AI to generate expectations for their employees, email them to the office daily, and exempt themselves from showing up while increasingly being frustrated about every single employee being unable to meet quotas which are increasingly detached from reality.

Nobody has time to work out: AI said that every widget takes approximately 30 seconds, so every employee needs to produce 960 widgets per day. Counting the widgets to make sure they're all there isn't included in the daily time limit, so nobody ends up meeting it ever and then we end up seeing allegations employees are secretly skipping work based on an AI chatbot not knowing how workplaces function. This leads to everyone getting unpaid overtime.

Every workplace in America seems to be on the same trajectory: People are working too much to lift. This appetite to sacrifice employee health in favor of productivity is causing many more problems. Nobody can have a social life and people still barely go outside unless they're unemployed.
