I don't think Rampage did the best he could he legit bullied that kid, and maybe in his mind it was just teasing but its a psychologically proven fact that what your parents say or do to you has more impact than if anyone else did.

If your dad calls you a little bitch it hits as if 10000 people yelled that shit to you at once. It messes with your head like nothing else does. A lot of parents just don't know just how crazy the power they have over their kids is, and with that it follows that they dont know how to use it.
