It's funny that the rules for mobile HPGs specifically adds that they cannot be used to target anything except another HPG even though they're treated as energy weapons mechanically and have a nasty EMP burst effect when transmitting that blinds any non-infantry unit within about a mapsheet and a half. Still, if a weaponized one is even a fraction as strong as a fixed one, it could turn any mech off with a hit. I would assume if class A hits multiple hexes and class B hits one hex, a weaponized Ground Mobile would need a direct hit.
