tried to condense infos regarding housing:
>You can own one house per faction, for a total of TWO houses per account
>Endeavors are based on the number of resident, meaning it'll take less effort to grind the monthly endeavor if there are less resident
>To work towards the endeavor, you don't even need to engage in housing, you simply need to do content, PvE or PvP.
>These endeavor reward customization and decorations.
>Houses start with a limit of 950 items and 19 room ressources (Larger rooms consume more)
>Rank 1 – 19 Room Limit / 910 Decor Point Budget
>Rank 5 – 43 Room Limit / 2050 Decor Point Budget
>You increase your housing rank by simply decorating your house, working on endeavors.
You can use these tools to already see what you can do with room disposition.

ON that note, you should join the wowgee housing department on NA, we are enough to cover the chart, and we'll soon be 20, which is more than enough to have a decently lively neighborhood while also ensuring you have a plot that (You) want.
The poll to choose our instance will take place the 20th of November.
And the day the beta releases I'll create a test charter anyone can sign to test how the creation of a private neighborhood works.
