You don't even need that much. Two burn IDs (and this is with 6 sinners as I would bring Liu Rodya or Ish myself) are more than enough to get you a good amount of both tremor and burn. Meursault is even ready to enter savage rounds with shin next turn once he uses his s3 to kill the bear.
