The problem is the Life Links are completely optional. You can leave them until after Kiryu grabs his suit (Meaning in-story he's already been revealed days prior) and still have every single person thinking he's dead including Haruka despite him being on live TV attacking Seiryo HQ and the national news speaking about him still being alive. So when you get to the final Life Link them threatening Date for revealing Kiryu or Haruka still thinking Kiryu is dead makes no sense.

None of the Memoirs take into account the reveal happening either so you can do stupid stuff like this.
