I just wanted to say for those who keep up with the news and are in other communities that talk about sensitive topics/issues please remember take a break.
As someone who is quite anxious (and overthinks) a lot of things do take a toll on my mental health and mood overall and I know this may not be the same for everyone but I just wanna remind everyone cause it’s easy to have these topics and issues put a dampener on your mental state and affect your mood. So please, stay in the know but also take breaks.
