Why are baldies so insecure? I have two balding coworkers, both in the 18-21 range and they absolutely hate me for still having hair at 28, they talk bad about me behind my back, try to humiliate me in front of female customers and coworkers (never works because I'm not thin skinned and am a pretty decent shit talker), and it's all because I have hair and they don't, one of them in particular lost his cool with me the other day and was talking so much shit, I mean he just went off talking shots at me, my family, etc. kept repeating tiktok insults which was hilarious (you're 30 go start a family bro x10), the minute I made fun of him for balding at 19 he absolutely lost it. Anyways I reported him for the verbal abuse and also for drinking on the job so I doubt he'll be working there much longer. And I know it's because of the hair because there are two other 18 year old dudes working there and I have never gotten any crap from them because they both still have hair. The worse part was I was always trying to instill some form of self confidence into them by being nice, telling them girls don't care too much about hair and if they do they're shallow, to hop on fin and min, etc. but ultimately, their insecurity and fragile egos got the better of them. Balding should be considered a mental health crisis at this point, sheesh.
