I don't understand how Vamola was handled and how her arc ended. Just finished reading the manga so far and it's genuinely the only part that confuses me in terms of plotting.
>Sets up the translator needing to be worked on before being given to her by Shrimpbro early on with Okarun and his class teaching her a few phrases she sorta-understands and repeats like a parrot (e.g. thanking momo) in the meantime
>Momo gets to see her tragic flashback as per the norm and becomes sympathetic to her because of it while apologising for thinking she was a traitor, which only Jiji defended her over
>We NEVER have the translation device come up again, she just suddenly starts speaking japanese more or less fluently
>We NEVER have any kind of conversation about her tragic past with the rest of the crew and it's actually unclear to this day who even knows about it
>We NEVER have any followup on Jiji being the literal sole person that stood by her when Momo was convinced she betrayed them
>We NEVER have any sort of talk between her and Okarun despite her proposal, like not even more awkward crush moments the way Aira gets
it genuinely feels like tatsu just decided he didn't wanna bother with her once the fights were done and skipped a chapter or two wrapping up the arc to just do the big family dinner instead, and now she's somehow past explaining her past/reconciling with the others on-screen/learning to speak/being properly rejected by okarun
