Should fathers change their baby daughters diapers?

I want to become more outdoorsy, but I have little to no knowledge of how. I wanna start fishing, camping and hiking, but I have no clue how to start. I don't trust myself to even start a bonfire. But at the same time, I don't have any friends or family that are into this stuff. Any tips?
