1. Use constant framerate. Causes less issues
2. A slower preset is preferred, but with this bitrate it would only change the file size, so whatever.
Again, sorry for all of my autism, but this is a hobby of mine that I care about, and I wouldn't want all of your efforts to be "wasted" on bad footage.
