And in the final section, you go into a makeshift dungeon of sorts that has pretty weird shit inside, one part even looks like a stomach, with the green acid on the ground. It was all intentional, which made me think.

There's a theory that states that master hand is the hand of the kid that plays with the toys, so what if master core is actually the kid as an adult roleplaying as a giant, which then ends up with him shoving his old toys up his ass and then getting into the hospital?
