He's just threatened a BRICS tariff and they want India even more now to escape the China tariffs. They can't since India is the I in BRICS.
Before the threat a couple weeks ago he's floated the idea of a BRICS tariff a few times so it's going to come eventually but it seems to be moving faster than I anticipated because I assumed it will only happen after domestic oil production skyrockets to avoid Saudi Arabia's wrath since Biden let the petrodollar deal expire a few years ago.
