It is being observed in the sky. And it's being observed doing things it shouldn't, which only adds to the growing list of anomalies.
You also fail to understand: These "agencies" are all financed by governments who put their interest above the public. They more than likely have protocols in place to keep a leak from getting out. And if they handed these off to defense contractors, those who could interpret this data no longer have it (or had it for such a little amount of time they didn't get anything they could use to whistleblow...assuming they wouldn't be disappeared before they could even get the word out).
If you didn't learn from the scamdemic, then you are probably already lost - but you can't trust the powers that be and you can't assume those with authority have your best interest in mind.
Remain skeptic, diversify your resources, do your own research, and be vigilant. They will try to discourage the thinking man to avoid a fire spreading, but we'll get to the point where they cannot keep it contained. It's a matter of weeks before it becomes obvious if this is still "just a rock", even to the most hobbyist of astronomers.

Intergalactic = Anything from outside our Oort Cloud. Could be from another galaxy, if that's even possible, but mainly from within our own. C/2025 N1 originated near Sagittarius, which is in a thick arm of our galaxy and closer to the center of said galaxy. (Which is why we watch that direction anyways - Same with the 'Wow!' Signal from ~2MASS, pic rel)
