I'm almost certain of it. Intense deja vu frequently and encountering things that I know I encountered 10+ years ago, but released 3 months ago. The odd part is that just like the mandela effect, if it detects you can resist the "download" or "overwrite", and it can't work with you, it starts to (try to) attack your mind in some odd way instead.

I'm aware sensations like familiarity and jame vu, deja vu, out of body, etc can be produced by stimulating the brain, and by this means such illusions could be carefully orchestrated. But I don't think it's that simple, something else is going on.
