I saw it here. Two chibis were fighting (shooting) each other. It looked like a cutscene from the game, or fan-animation using official models. One were green-haired one, probably Suou, but i can be wrong. They were fighting in some building, not outside. I saw it here, so it had no sound. Was ~1 min, if i remember correctly. I saw it, like, 4 months ago or something.
