I was thinking a roux kept light, minimal flour. Just tease it to elasticity then add a smidge of garlic, just enough for an earthy bouquet. Then add a bit of gruyère and a tease of muscadet dry white wine, some very finely diced caramelised champignons for a kick and caramelised red onion.
Let it simmer for 5m then pour 250ml of cream and a bay leaf. A twig of thyme and rosemary.
Simmer for 2m.
Strain. Let cool for 10 minutes.
Then pour it all over her tits and lick it off.
