One notable difference is that games before RJ322248 are made with RPG engine (meaning you can easily cheat and speedhack), and games after RJ322248 are made with Unity (which means you're fucked and need to soldier through the boring main story at 1x speed).

Otherwise, there are no differences. Just pick the one with the female design you like the most.
