Actually i am trying to do a high protein, high fiber diet. My normal activity actually makes me lose weight naturally but i get hungry often, so i snack often and that's when i gain weight. I can randomly lose a pound a day while doing nothing just because i was to busy or lazy to get a snack, lmao.
Will cook some lentil-quinoa rice for this tomorrow. I am prepping the butter chicken tonight because i will be in the shop all day tomorrow.
