Both black. Mom is from the south. Dad is from West Africa. Here's ANOTHER thing I forgot to mention: I don't know how true this is because this could very well be my mom talking shit whenever she's in an emotional state, but apparently polygamy still happens over there despite the nation he's from being largely Christian (I don't want to say which one specifically because I don't want to get out TOO much personal info). Maybe this influenced him not really giving a shit when she found out he was cheating on her. (They're still together and married by the way. I have three younger siblings but they still kind of sort of hate each other).

Mine is way too outwardly proved to ever do that shit. Her basic attire went out of the house is business casual in or out of work. If she were to ever cheat she'd be smart enough to keep it way on the DL. She's been recently asking me how to set up her phone notification so that her phone still vibrates when she gets messages but doesn't show ANYTHING on the lock screen or even when the phone's unlocked. I get wanting to protect your privacy but I feel like she's either hiding something or wants to know HOW to hide something because she acts almost nervous whenever I go anywhere near Whatsapp on her phone.

Mom claims my dad and other friends and family members of his are "frauds" (something something he has that mansion because XYZ! Something something YOU'RE AM ILLEGAL I'LL CALL IMMIGRATION ON YOU), or other shit like that whenever they get into their monthly hissy fits about largely nothing.
