"If I dont steal it someone else gonna steal it" is actually a sound logic that would hold up at the 9th circuit, it sounds like shit but it's right. Two peoples who do not recognize the personhood of the other, cannot coexist on a land, and therefore stealing is the only possible outcome. To say it more correctly:

"Nobody owns this land because Britain disowned us, and if we don't take control of this land, then someone else is going to take control of this land, since I am the power broker in this area, I've decided that this person to steal this land, is me".

And the Palestinian can counter using the same logic. It's an impasse.
