Yeah that sounds about right.
I think Buu could get a lot of usage out of the tri beam, Tenshinhan's multiform, and Tenshinhan's multiple arms techniques. Since Buu has a lot more stamina and possibly infinite life force he could spam the fuck out of all the overpowered moves Tenshinhan has.
If Buu absorbed Roshi he would have access to the Mafuba. He could have the solar flare from Krillin. Roshi in the DBS manga has a form of semi UI and Buu has all of Roshi's (and a lot more) combat experience + confirmed god ki. If we go by DBS rules he could time out Vegetto. Just food for thought.
