imo the trait choices were bullshit, i never got an opportunity for hard worker or jogger. very diligent student is nice, it gives a 30% learning bonus to everything and makes learning no-passion skills easier, but that obviously has diminishing returns as skills max out. overall though the kids are powerful. finally all the hard work is paying off.
