I'm not gonna make a new thread, but I might as well post here. I bought a Steelseries Rival 300 a few years ago and not that long ago my MOUSE4&5 started double-clicking, when I was using them to go back or forward a page in the browser it would go two pages. I was sure this was due to some faulty drivers because of a coincidence. I should've known it wasn't because uninstalling and reinstalling different drivers did nothing, but I'm a retard. Anyway, a few minutes ago I found the answer on R*ddit and it seems to have worked:
>Hi! Sorry if I'm a little late. I have the same mouse, and the same issue. I did some searching, and somehow found this solution saying:
>Disconnect any mouse cable from PC.
>Now, do this: mass clicking all of the buttons on it like crazy! When I said crazy, I mean it! Just clicks as fast as you can for about minimum of 2 minutes.
>Connect back your mouse into PC.
>It did help after first try in my case
