Little bit of olive oil, salt/black pep, paprika, some garlic powder and oregano.
When I say pork breast I mean picrel and it's cut to tick strips. I'll mak em in a cast iron grill pan kind of thing. I'm not really a fan of oven cooking unless it's a lean big cut of meat that needs slow cooking.
